I’m Krystal Miller, the person behind KMD Digital. I’m an experienced project manager, creative thinker, designer, and problem solver with more than 14 years of experience across digital, eCommerce, technology, UX, and creative work.

I like being in the middle of the moving parts, keeping people aligned, priorities clear, and the work moving in the right direction.
My career has taken me through design, digital strategy, UX, eCommerce, technology, product management, and project management. Along the way, I've learned that great ideas aren't usually the hard part. The hard part is getting the people, priorities, decisions, and details moving in the same direction.
That's the space I love working in.
I like figuring things out, asking the questions that need to be asked, bringing people together, and turning something complicated into a clear path forward.

I take the work seriously. I just don't think doing great work has to feel miserable.
I value clear communication, collaboration, accountability, a little humor along the way. I don't believe in adding process for the sake of process, making simple things unnecessarily complicated, or sitting through meetings that should have been an email.
